Les Lutins du Court-Métrage - Discovering the biggest young talents of French cinema

Since 1998, Les Lutins make it possible for a wide audience to watch short films on big screen, discovering new talents who make the cinema of tomorrow. They promote the unknown and show the unseen letting their spectators experience a new possibility of going to the movies.

In 2010, the 29 best French shorts of the year are chosen for a DVD set (which includes a translation into English an Spanish) – this package is sent to nearby 2,000 members, professionals and non-professionals for their vote. After having cast their vote they come together for the night of the awards where the talents of young cinema are being granted for their efforts.

This year a selection of the awarded films will be screened all over France simultaneously in digital cinema at the movie theatres Gaumont et Pathé.

Having Alliance française as one of their partners Les Lutins are able to screen their selection all over the world promoting the French short film.
